Impregnation System w/ Vapor Degreaser

High vacuum metal impregnation system.  Used in a die casting or foundry application.  Seals porosity so the castings don’t leak.  Also used in powder coating applications.

  • Two complete sets of process baskets and lifting lug that go with the system.
  • Waterless vapor degreaser. This unit was manufactured in house and has copper refrigeration coils wrapping the unit in an enclosed jacket filled with glycol. There is a 1 ton refrigeration unit that goes with it.
  • 48”Diameter X 80” Tall Vacuum Pressure Autoclave
  • 52”Square X 50” Tall Stainless Steel Waterless Vapor Degreaser
